As a founding director of CF.Architects, Christian enjoys the variety of the clients and projects the practice works with. He specialises in residential and community projects for which he is passionate about the experience the people using and living these spaces will enjoy. Before setting up CF.Architects, he ran his own practice for four years, establishing a portfolio of high quality small projects across all sectors with a variety of private and corporate clients. Prior to this he worked for five years at Wilkinson Eyre Architects where he led teams on a number of major built projects including the headquarters building for Audi in West London, their largest showroom facility in the world. Upon leaving to set up practice, Christian continued to undertake a consultancy role for Wilkinson Eyre as the client architect responsible for the delivery of the Forum project at the University of Exeter. This project was completed in May 2012 and opened by Her Majesty the Queen and won an RIBA national award and the world education building of the year at the World Architecture Festival 2013. Christian is a keen runner often racing around his local Surrey Hills and is always on the lookout for torturous cross country and fell running challenges. He is married with two children and lives in Reigate, Surrey.
